Our Guarantee
We stand behind every purchase with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached and cannot be altered, washed, or damaged. Returns of third-party retailer purchases (e.g., Nordstrom, golf shops) are not accepted

Return Timeframes

  • Full-Price Items: 60 days from order date for refund/exchange
  • Holiday Extension (Nov 1–Dec 25, 2024): 90 days for full-price items
  • Sale Items: 30 days for refund only (no exchanges)
  • Final Sale Items: Non-returnable (includes custom gloves/embroidered bags)

Footwear Quality Issues
Defects in workmanship/materials are covered for 90 days. Exclusions: damage from accidents, wear and tear, improper care, or environmental exposure.

How to Return

  1. Initiate online via our returns portal
  2. Use the prepaid return label (no cost for domestic returns)
  3. Refunds process within 10 business days after receipt

Exchanges

  • Only for same-style full-price items (different size/color)
  • Expedited exchanges require a new order after return
  • Sale items are ineligible for exchange

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Custom products
  • Final sale merchandise

Refunds
Issued to original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
