Shipping & Handling Policy
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)
We offer multiple shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free on orders over $75
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.95 flat rate
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.95 flat rate
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is fulfilled.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries worldwide. International orders are subject to:
- Customs fees & import taxes (calculated at checkout)
- Longer processing times (3-5 business days)
- Extended delivery windows (7-21 business days depending on destination)
International shipping rates vary by country and order weight.
Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders placed after 12 PM PST will process the next business day
- Tracking numbers are provided via email once shipped
- Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues or customs clearance
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (November–December), processing and transit times may be extended.
